Thoughts - Define: Leadership vs Innovation vs PM

attended a leadership seminar, one question became key - Define leadership & Define "your" leadership qualities. 

My response - not really definable, similar to "Innovation" or "Project Management:", it differs on type of person, environment and objectives. 

Humans so often get caught up in definitions, putting barriers around things, humans struggle with intangibles, true business maturity comes with more comfort on the word ``it depends``, then we need to ask more questions and adapt, be agile, dynamic, be aware of changing trends and not live in our ever-so-secure cave...
